As a licensed realtor since 1972, Joan is a veteran of the Real Estate industry and currently holds the title of Broker Associate. Over her many years in the business, Joan has amassed a great amount of knowledge of the East Fort Lauderdale market. Joan has a history in Property Management and has been involved with many of the Condominium associations in Broward County over the years. In the past she also operated a General Contracting firm which built and managed multifamily properties in the cities of Davie, Hollywood and Coral Springs. Joan is devoted to her customer’s wants and needs and is very diligent in negotiating the best deal for her clients.
