Pompano Beach
Referred to as “The Heart of the Gold Coast” the City of Pompano Beach is enjoying an incredible redevelopment phase. Located just North of Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach boasts some of the widest beaches, a popular fishing pier, offshore living coral reef easily accessible to inquisitive divers and snorkelers and the famous Pompano Beach Annual Seafood Festival. Pompano is also home to many wonderful restaurants, hotels, marinas and several beautifully maintained Parks. Community Park is the largest in Pompano and offers many entertainment options including live music concerts at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater, a variety of festivals and cultural events, and sporting activities at the park’s Tennis Center, Golf Course, and municipal swimming pool. The Goodyear Blimp also calls Pompano home and can be easily spotted taking off from the Pompano Beach Airport.
